It rhymes, so it’s easy to remember: “Leveltek at Fabtech.”  What’s Fabtech?  It’s the largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event in North America!  It’s where new ideas, products and technology are put on display through interactive exhibits, educational programming, plus a wealth of networking opportunities.  They’re expecting over 35,000 attendees and over 1,500 exhibiting companies this year, and Leveltek is one of them!

We’ll be showing off our newest coil processing technology, LT-1100!  Leveltek Technology stretch-levels ALL global coiled metals, including carbon steel (95% of the world’s coiled metal), aluminum and aluminum alloys, painted/embossed carbon (without marking the paint!), stainless steel (including bright-annealed), nickel alloys, floor-plate (in carbon, stainless, and aluminum), brass and bronze.  The world’s widest (96″/2440 mm), thickest (1″/25.4 mm), and strongest (100KSI+) coils are all within Leveltek technology capabilities.

We repeat:

LEVELTEK WILL BE AT FABTECH 2013 AT MCCORMICK PLACE IN CHICAGO!

Turnkey Solutions for New & Retrofit Cut-to-Length Lines

The Peak of Stretch Leveling Superiority

Leveltek Stretch Levelers fit easily into existing or new cut-to-length lines. Our unique design concepts and stretch leveling technology give you a big advantage over competitors and help you fill a vital market need.

Stretch Leveling SuperiorityLeveltek International designs, manufactures and installs stretch leveling systems for retrofit and new light to heavy gauge cut-to-length and coil-to-coil lines. The company is headquartered in Benwood, WV, about 60 miles (100 km) southwest of Pittsburgh.

Leveltek Stretch Leveling can help you cut sheets that satisfy fabricators’ increased demand for the memory-free steel required by laser and plasma cutting.

Since 1997, we’ve been installing our equipment in steel production facilities worldwide. With few moving parts, leveling occurs reliably and consistently, helping you meet or exceed your productivity goals.

Maintain a Firm Grip On the Cost of Your Materials

Leveltek manufactures non-marking stretcher leveling systems that correct the flatness in coils of stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, copper, high-temperature alloys, galvanized steel, and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials, to make them commercially acceptable.

A patented, non-marking process grips and stretches the unrolled steel, eliminating shape defects such as edgewave, center buckle, quarter buckle, camber, crossbow, mandrel or coil breaks, some types of chatter, herringbone/mill chop, and twist.

Leveltek’s system:

  • Uncoils
  • Stretches
  • Levels
  • Re-coils

On coil-to-coil stretch level processing, every pound of metal that Leveltek receives from the customer is returned.  The only measurable effect on the coils is a slight reduction in width, and a slight increase in length.

Leveltek is a full-service toll processor that can easily handle all your processing needs.
